However, you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame. In addition, you are always welcome to call us so that one of our team members can handle your request personally.

They took my order over the phone to send someone flowers. They were super helpful and professional on the phone, and very communicative. I got confirmation as soon as my payment was processed, when my arrangement was ready, and when the delivery was successfully completed.
I didn't get to see the flowers in person, so it was really nice to get a photo and video of the arrangement so I'd know what my recipient was getting.
