The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address during the checkout. The maximum delivery distance is 35 miles away from our location.

REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES: Because of multiple variables, including the traffic in Dallas, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame. In addition, you are always welcome to call us so that one of our team members can handle your request personally.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Dear customers, we ensure that we only use the best quality flowers in our arrangements, however, flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. There are many factors that may affect how long your flowers will last like sensitivity to room temperature, level of moisture and light. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to take care of the flowers.

All sales are final. Receiving defective flowers or wrong item being the only exceptions. In such cases please contact us within 12 hours of receipt.

You are automatically agreeing with your order and condition of your flowers, if you are collecting flowers from our store in person.
